In order to meet the growing demand of fully electric presses, the French injection molding machine manufacturer Billion S.A.S. has developed its own electric technology that is available under the trade name Select series. The development of these new fully electric machines has been based on customer requirements. Select series machines have a compact structure and provide energy savings (from 30% to 70% compared with hydraulic presses). They are equipped with precision electric drives and can be used to produce multi-component applications.
