The major Characteristic of Clear double color injection machine:
1 Single cylinder in Same line has the superiority of compact configuration. It can avoid inferior position of Non-synchronization high speed injection from double cylinder!
2 Using the special turnplate design. The Turnplate will do the precise orientation before clamping mould. This ensure the mold safety!
3 Using two sets of absolute proportion pressure flowing hydraulic controller system to control and drive double injection systerm and double hydraulic ejector systerm.
4 The machine can use one set of double color mold or two sets of mold to produce double color production or two kinds of material production. Double core pulling and double ejector is opition.
5 It has two sets of absolute injection unit which is special customize as the production requirement. It can use for those production with two kinds of material which will improve the quality and additive value of the production.
6 In one cycle time, the double color production or two kinds of material production can be finished. This reduce the working procedure for assembling or enchasing. It shorten the producing cycle time and improve the producing capacity. And it also reduce the shrink lever of the production to minimum and made the materials connect line perfect.
